$1000 Fully Refundable Deposit

I have read and agree to the terms, conditions, and refund policy of this page. 

I understand that I am submitting a $1,000 fully refundable application deposit to begin the selection process for the 7-Figure CEO Group Intensive at Brad's lakehouse (May 1-3, 2026).

After submitting my deposit and completing my application, I will have the following outcomes:

1. If my application is NOT accepted:

  • My $1,000 deposit will be immediately refunded, no questions asked.

2. If my application IS accepted:

  • My $1,000 deposit will automatically be applied as credit toward my total investment.
  • As part of the application, I will have two payment options for the remaining balance:
    • Option A: Pay $6,995 in full. If I select this option and am accepted into this program, I agree to have Brad Bizjack LLC charge my card on file $6,995 for the remaining balance. 
    • Option B: 2 monthly installments of $3,747.50. If I select this option and am accepted into this program, I agree to have Brad Bizjack LLC charge my card on file $3,747.50 to collect my first installment upon acceptance followed by my second installment 30 days later. 

Refund Policy

Application Deposit:

  • If you are NOT accepted into the intensive, your $1,000 deposit is fully refundable within 5-7 business days.

Full Investment (Upon Acceptance):

  • Once you are accepted into the intensive, your total investment of $7,995 becomes non-refundable.
  • This is because accepting you means we are holding your spot in a very small group and turning away other qualified applicants.
  • Exception: In cases of truly extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis, etc.), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] with documentation and explanation.

  • This is NOT a subscription. This is an event purchase paid in 2 monthly installments of $3,747.50.
  • Your $1,000 deposit has already been applied to your total, so your actual remaining balance is split across these two payments.
