Accounts and program access are licensed to the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality transformational coaching, digital education, and personal development experiences. Because different products and services involve different levels of access, support, customization, and limited-capacity enrollment, refund eligibility varies by program.

By purchasing any product, program, membership, coaching experience, or service from Brad Bizjack LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation policies.

1. The Daily Edge Membership (formerly Momentum Club)

The Daily Edge is a recurring subscription membership that may be canceled at any time.

To cancel your membership, you must email [email protected] prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the remainder of your active billing cycle.

No long-term commitment is required, and cancellations may be made at any time without providing a reason. 

Because membership access and content delivery begin immediately upon billing, refunds for prior charges already processed will not be issued.

2. Rewired Program

Rewired includes a 90-day conditional money-back guarantee beginning on the original date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must complete the Rewired course in full
• You must complete all assigned coursework and exercises
• You must demonstrate a good-faith effort to implement the material, subjective to the company 
• You must submit your refund request in writing to [email protected] within 90 calendar days of your original purchase date
• Your request must include a detailed explanation of why the program did not work for you

Brad Bizjack LLC reserves the right to request reasonable documentation verifying course completion and participation before issuing any refund.

Refund requests submitted after the 90-day period will not be honored.

If a refund is issued, access to all course materials, bonuses, communities, and associated digital content will be revoked immediately.

3. Rewired Total Immersion, Executive Coaching, 1:1 Coaching, Retreats, VIP Days, and High-Touch Experiences

All sales are final for the following programs and services:

• Rewired Total Immersion
• Any 1:1 coaching or consulting experience
• Any public speaking experience, unless otherwise stated in the speaking contract 
• Executive coaching
• Private consulting
• Retreats and live events 
• VIP Days and VIP Half Days
• Any high-touch or limited-capacity coaching experience

These programs involve limited enrollment capacity, personalized access, reserved coaching availability, and significant allocation of company resources upon registration.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your participation reserves a spot that could otherwise be offered to another participant.

Accordingly, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

This policy applies regardless of usage, attendance, participation level, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel issues, or perceived results.

4. Digital Products, Mini Courses, and Pre-Recorded Programs

All standalone digital products (not including Rewired) and prerecorded programs purchased through Brad Bizjack LLC include a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Eligible products may include, but are not limited to:

• Fear Mastery Bundle
• Confidence Bootcamp
• Conquering Fear and Imposter Syndrome
• The Follow Through Formula
• Rewire Your Money (formerly Financial Mastery) 
• Life On Purpose
• Guided Meditations
• Additional prerecorded trainings and workshops

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

If a refund is issued, access to all associated digital materials will be revoked immediately.

5. Payment Plans

By enrolling in any payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with your purchase.

Choosing a payment plan does not create a subscription and does not provide the right to cancel remaining payments once access has been granted unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Failure to complete agreed-upon payments may result in:

• Suspension or termination of program access
• Removal from communities or coaching calls
• Revocation of bonuses
• Legal action, collections activity or additional recovery efforts where legally permitted

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Brad Bizjack LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for products or services that comply with these Terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in violation of these Terms:

• Your access to all programs and services may be revoked immediately
• You may be permanently prohibited from future purchases
• Brad Bizjack LLC reserves the right to submit evidence including purchase records, login activity, communications, attendance records, and these Terms to dispute the chargeback
• You may remain responsible for any outstanding balances, fees, collection costs, attorney fees, and related expenses to the fullest extent permitted by law

7. Abuse Prevention

Brad Bizjack LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests, suspend accounts, terminate access, or refuse future service in cases involving:

• Repeated refund requests
• Abuse of refund policies
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment or threats toward staff
• Unauthorized sharing or piracy of materials
• Violations of these Terms

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By opting into any text messaging program operated by Brad Bizjack LLC, including The Daily Edge membership, you consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS communications from us.

These messages may include:

• Coaching prompts

• Announcements
• Educational materials
• Promotional offers
• Reminder messages

Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Participation in SMS programs is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase unless explicitly stated.

Brad Bizjack LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us if your mobile number changes.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, trainings, downloads, graphics, logos, branding, frameworks, documents, audio recordings, meditations, and other materials provided by Brad Bizjack LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce
• Republish
• Sell
• Redistribute
• Share
• Copy
• Record
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Upload
• Teach from
• License
• Exploit

any portion of our content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized sharing of login credentials, downloads, recordings, or course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

Community Guidelines

If you participate in any community, coaching group, forum, chat, Slack workspace, comment section, live event, or communication platform associated with Brad Bizjack LLC, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully.

We reserve the right to remove participants or terminate access at our sole discretion for behavior including but not limited to:

• Harassment
• Promotional/ Self-promotional material 
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Spam
• Disruptive conduct
• Defamation
• Illegal activity
• Sharing confidential materials
• Violating community standards

Termination for behavioral violations will not entitle you to a refund.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our Site and services may contain links to third-party websites, software platforms, payment processors, or services.

Brad Bizjack LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, functionality, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Arbitration

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered into any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any claims against Brad Bizjack LLC shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

Brad Bizjack LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the Site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
