Hype Squad Agreement

I am SO excited to work with you this year and grateful for all of your support surrounding  Rewired.

Please submit the requested information and agree to the following Rules & Expectations in order to confirm your partnership with Team Bizjack for the upcoming launch.

Hype Squad Payment Terms:

You will be compensated for your participation during the following dates [Monday, February 26th - Thursday, March 13th] with a lump sum payment totaling $500 net 30.

One quick thing to mention - I will also be creating a group communication channel through FB Messenger for us. This group thread will solely be used for the purpose of IMPORTANT or TIME-SENSITIVE information related to the launch and/or members of the challenge and/or community. It will basically be the best way for everyone to stay in touch.

RULES & EXPECTATIONS:

1. Our job is to make everyone feel heard.  Our job is NOT to coach everyone and give them a solution. You don’t solve the problem, you keep their mind on what’s possible for transformation. You ask them questions and keep their focus on what could be, as well as the consequences of what happens if they don’t shift things. We do this in a loving way that helps them feel heard.

2. We HIGHLY recommend creating a separate FB account for this (although not required).

3. Being on LIVE for the Day 5 delivery - important for momentum, support, and social proof.

4. Sign Up for Scrolling Shifts in A Timely Manner.

5. Scroll to the bottom first and comment from the bottom up so that the top posts don’t keep getting pushed to the top because of the algorithm.

6. Posts with one comment that’s ONLY a hype squad member = comment on it, posts with 1 or a low number of comments = comment on them.

7. Posts with many comments, but no hype squad = no comment necessary because chances are they already feel seen and heard. But feel free to comment if you feel pulled to do so.

8. Negative comments, community rules violation, self-promotion, and anything that takes away from the focus of transformation is elevated to the Head of Fulfillment, Devin. Anything that requires Brad's feedback is elevated to him in the thread.

9. We will use the group thread strategically and only for necessary information. 

But most importantly - LET'S HAVE SOME FUN & CHANGE SOME LIVES :)
