You've been so focused on “If they say no…” that you're forgetting you could actually be ruining someone’s life by NOT introducing them to your product or service!

Welcome to The Path To Mindset Mastery! My name is Brad Bizjack! I’m a Mindset Strategist and Coach, inspirational speaker, and creator of Appreciation Academy and I help online business owner’s breakthrough all the negative self-talk holding you back from your dreams so you can finally see the success you deserve! Quick story: Growing up, I craved validation. I never felt like I was enough. I always felt less than and I never believed in my own ideas. I always needed permission from other people to say that what I was doing was a good idea. So, in business…how do you think that pan out?!

I didn't succeed because I was obsessing over one simple thing…What are people going to think of me?! I was obsessed with myself. I was always worried about how I was perceived. I always panicked about if someone were going to like me or if I'd be upsetting someone or if I'd be enough to make them successful. I always worried about what would happen if someone said ‘No’ or if they didn’t think I was enough.

I was so fearful of rejection that I rejected myself before I had the opportunity to even be rejected by others. I was so consumed with myself and the consequences of what this would mean for me, that I forgot about the most important piece of business... Your business is not about you; your business is about others!

That mindset shift can change the game for you and your business.

I know, I know…you might be saying… “You don’t know my situation, Brad!”

Yep, you’re right- I don’t! But I’m going to say something harsh to that…Your situation isn’t special.  I’ve worked with thousands of people and your situation isn’t one that someone else hasn’t overcome.  You are just afraid of taking true responsibility for your future and your life. You’re afraid you won’t be enough. Your situation isn't different. I've seen people overcome the most insane challenges.

You just need a mindset shift and you can do it with these 3 simple steps:

 STEP #1) Stop Obsessing Over Yourself

Your business isn't about you (so stop worrying what will they say about YOU). Let me be honest: Other people aren't thinking about you…they're thinking about themselves.

They're thinking about themselves and what it means for their growth, their family, their money, their business, their bank account. Why do you think people tell you to be vulnerable when sharing your stories?! You think it has to do with being seen, but it has nothing to do with being seen. When people say to be vulnerable in your business it’s because it allows you to go deep enough for your customers to see themselves in you.

That's why it's so important to be vulnerable because you have nothing to lose. They're not thinking about you. They're thinking about themselves. And from that mindset of thinking about yourself…

What does this mean to me?!

Are they going to reject me?!

What are they going to think of me?!

What will their spouse think of me?!

ME! ME! ME! ME! ME! ME! ME!

You cannot be successful in business from obsessing over yourself. If you have a fear of rejection, it means you are obsessed with self!

Hey, it’s okay! I used to do it, too! But we need to break through it because trust is formed when other people can see themselves in your story.

 STEP #2) Start Giving

The way to be successful in business is to give value in a way that your customer needs it. When you're focused on giving…fear disappears. You're not scared of what they're thinking about you because you're focused on what you can help them achieve, right?!

Fear of rejection will disappear if you focus on other people.

If your prime primary mindset is, “What can I give to other people today?! How can I make their life better?!” That's where everything changes.

Giving (by the way), doesn't just mean in terms of giving money or time. Giving means giving all of who you are. You must take risks so you can help make others' lives better. Tell your true story, give all of who you are!

Have the ability (and courage) to go all in and be honest (about who you are and what you’ve been through).  Prioritize their needs above yours.

In business, when you prioritize other people's needs above yours, all of a sudden, they want to be part of your life. They want to grow with you! They want to change with you!! So, you need to start focusing on giving and giving to other people (and everything will be radically different in your business!)

What can you give?!

Put yourself in the shoes of your ideal customer.  What are they going through?! What are they feeling on a day-to-day basis and how can you meet their needs?

Your success as a business owner is completely dependent on your ability to stay in tune with your ideal customer's deepest fears and highest aspirations.

Where were you before you started your product or service? Get really in tune to that and think about where you are now. How has your life changed and where would your life be now if you didn't, if you never found your product…your service… where would your life be now? You'd feel stuck! You’d feel empty! You’d feel lonely!

Every time you don't introduce your business to someone, you are robbing them of that transformation. Making a sale is an emotional and energetic exchange that makes someone's life better. If you think that making a sale is about taking something from someone, then you're going about sales the wrong way. You're just obsessed with yourself. You’re not worried about taking their money, you’re worried about… “What will they think of me?!”

 STEP #3) Believe You Are Enough to Give People the Gift of Transformation

You MUST believe that you are enough!

If you want this to happen, you MUST believe that you are worthy of success!

If you want this to happen, you MUST believe that you can put this behind you…this fear of judgment…this fear of rejection, so you can give fully.

If you don't believe you're worthy when you're selling, you're just going to be begging for them to validate you. And that's not a fun place to be. You have to believe that you're worthy of success. If you want success to happen, you have to believe that you're enough. If you ever want to be enough for them (I teach you all about this in Appreciation Academy), you must choose faith over fear.
